Virtual Assists – Legal, Terms & Policies

1. Services & Scope

We provide virtual assistant services through monthly service plans (Essentials, Full-Time, Executive, and specialty roles) as described on our website or in written proposals. Unless otherwise stated, Full-Time and Executive plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. Plans include a defined number of hours, tasks, or deliverables. We reserve the right to update service descriptions or add-ons at any time; existing clients will receive notice of any material changes.

2. Payment & Billing

Fees are due in advance of each service period. Prices are in U.S. dollars and processed through approved payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, or Squarespace). Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, excluding taxes on our income.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Termination

Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable. If you cancel during the billing cycle, we may issue a prorated credit for unused hours, provided you give 30 days’ notice. Refunds will never exceed the amounts you have paid.

Either party may terminate in accordance with the notice requirements.

4. Affiliate / Referral Program

Level 1 commission: 10% of net invoice amount (after discounts, excluding taxes). Level 2: 20% of Level 1 (~2% of net). Level 3: 30% of Level 2 (~0.6% of net). Optional cap: 25% of net invoice. Commissions accrue only on paid invoices, with a 30-day hold before they can be withdrawn. Payouts occur monthly on the first business day of the month (America/New_York). Refunds and chargebacks may result in negative adjustments (clawbacks). Affiliates must complete KYC verification and submit tax forms (W-9/W-8) before receiving a payout. Affiliates act as independent contractors and are responsible for their own tax obligations. Examples of potential earnings are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not guaranteed.
