Book Your Call

Q1: What happens on the call?

We start with a quick picture of your world — what you do, who you serve, and where your time is going now. Then we walk through the tasks and responsibilities a virtual assistant could realistically own for you, and outline a support plan that fits your stage and workload.

Q2: Who will I be speaking with?

You’ll speak with someone who understands both operations and remote talent, not a random call center rep. The goal is to understand your workflow and make smart recommendations, not push you into something that doesn’t fit.

Q3: Do I need to be “ready” to hire right away?

No. Many people book a call because they feel the pain, but they’re not sure what role or number of hours they actually need. The call helps you clarify whether you’re ready now, what the first move should be, and what timing makes sense.

Q4: Is this only for big companies?

Not at all. We work with solo founders, lean teams, agencies, real estate professionals, eCommerce brands, and growing companies. If you’re doing too much yourself and want reliable support, we can usually map out a meaningful first step.

Q5: What happens after the call?

You’ll receive a clear summary of what we discussed: the role we recommend, approximate hours, suggested plan, and next steps. If you want to move forward, we start the matching and onboarding process. If not, you still walk away with a clearer picture of what support could look like.

Q6: How should I prepare for the call?

Bring a short list of things you’re tired of doing, the tools you use every day (email, calendar, CRM, project tools), and any recurring tasks that never seem to get done. That’s enough for us to design a support picture that feels realistic and doable.
